Sell Silver for Language Class
I have always been fascinated with languages, specifically Chinese, because my dad loves Chinese movies. I grew up to such movies. They had action and comedy and they were really fun and interesting to watch. Unfortunately, no one in the family or my close friends knows how to speak it.
I told my mom about how I wanted to learn the language and she was really supportive. She said that it is one of the most widely spoken Asian languages so it will be to my advantage if I studied it. But then, she explained how we did not have as much extra cash so I needed to wait.
One day my mom told me the good news that I can now enroll in a class. I was surprised because she just told me about the money situation the other day, and now we have money?! She told me about how she saw this jeweler online, and she ended up selling silver to get the needed amount for my tuition fee. She said she can’t believe getting an amount that can probably cover all the classes I need. I never thought my mom will ever sell silver just so I can enroll in a language class. I am so thankful she did.
