Vacation rental houses are perfect wedding gifts

Sharon, my best friend, is going to get married on December this year.  I meet her decades ago when in one of the Open Tournaments.  Both of us are golf enthusiasts.  Since then, there is never an open tournament that we are not there.  I feel happy for her, sad at the same time.  Happy because she has already found her lifetime partner but sad because I will be without a buddy anymore after she gets married.

What are friends for if I will not be happy for her, right?  Since both of us love golf and her fiancé has given us hints that he will share the enthusiasm I decided on getting them rent house for 2014 US Open.  It is still years away but since Pinehurst is just an hour drive away from us, I am sure that they will be able to make it there.
