Discipline in Muay Thai
Tuesday, April 19th, 2011I went to the muay Thai camp Thailand not too long ago and it was the best thing that ever happened to me. I carried the discipline that was thought to me by my trainer and made sure not to use it to bully anyone or to use it on a whim. I made a lot of friends at the muay Thai training camp and all of them were nice people. When I returned, I made sure that I regularly do the same stretching and muay Thai exercises that I did back at the camp.
I don’t want my senses to dull or my body to stop improving. I know that my training is still not finished yet and there is still room for improvement. My sister was also interested in muay Thai and I thought her, some of the best self defense techniques that I learned in my training. I didn’t know that she would be using them, just a few days after my coaching. She was just taking a walk around the neighborhood, when a man jumped at her and tried to snatch her bag away. She did the move that I taught her and it gave her the opportunity to run away. I’m glad that she’s safe and I am also thankful that she is a fast learner.
