Discontinuing Some Of Their Office Supplies
Monday, March 22nd, 2010The big catalog, that just came in the mail this morning, from the office supply store that we used to use, had lower prices on their office supplies that they are discontinuing. I decided to switch to a different company when they delivered late to us, four months in a row. I know that they were going through some management changes but they could at least try and have good customer service.
I called every time that the office supply store was a day late and the operator that I would get, which was different every time told me that she was sorry but it would get to us as quickly as she could get it there. This pretty much meant, you are not a priority to this company and you just need to wait your turn. It is not surprising to see that they are discontinuing carrying a lot of the office supplies that they used to carry. Maybe if they have a smaller inventory, they can keep track of their products and orders better.
I am glad that we found a new office supplies store, before they were given the chance to tell us that they were not going to have the things that we needed anyway.
